Dr. Andreas J. Guelzow

I am Registrar and Director of Enrolment Services as well as Professor of Mathematical and Computing Sciences at Concordia University of Edmonton. I have multiple interests outside of my profession:


  • I used to compete with my Pyrenenan Shepherds Tison & Nisa in a variety of dog sports.
  • I am a competitive dancer in International Standard Ballroom and volunteer for Dance Sport Alberta.
  • I am one of the main developers of the Open Source spreadsheet application Gnumeric.
  • I am a long-time active member of the OpenDocument Technical Committee of OASIS.
